Hamilton - Lake Views

The simple form of this house is deceptive. The double height living area and the wall of glass facing the lake all elevate the functions of this home. The roof form bridges the height difference between the single and two-storey houses either side. It also overhangs the ground floor, creating shade and shelter and defines the entry. Internally, the house is divided between the primary living spaces located on the ground floor and the guest spaces upstairs.
