Lucas Bros. Butchers

This commercial renovation converted what was a dry cleaning business into a new showroom and premises for
well-known Warrnambool butcher’s, Lucas Bros Butchers.

Taking advantage of the high traffic corner block, the project created a modern and eye-catching façade, while also
providing a practical loading area directly off Banyan Street for the delivery of supplies and produce in and out of
the building.

The unique drive through driveway at the front corner of the site was also retained to provide the business’
customers with practical and convenient on-site parking. Other features of the design include a spacious preparation
room, two cool rooms and an extensive showroom for the business to display its wide range of fresh produce and
packaged, ready-made products.
